1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer Free Shipping to all provinces and territories across Canada.

Orders are shipped from our location in Ottawa, Ontario.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days

  • Western Canada (MB, SK, AB, BC): 3–7 business days

  • Atlantic Canada: 3–6 business days

  • Northern Territories: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations.

8. Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and device

  • Keep all original packaging materials for inspection

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Homelaptops.ca is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery or address corrections.

10. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will initiate a carrier investigation and assist until the issue is resolved.
